This is not a bad thing.  In fact it just means that we can prepare better for it.  You can invite more friends and it can warm up a little.  I’ll send out a phone tree message tomorrow, but if you want to let your friends know that would be a big help.

The lock-in is still going to happen. . .just a little bit later.  It will still be $20, nothing is changing but the date.
