About Your Responsibilities

NOC makes every effort to run a quality trip, including instruction before and during each trip. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. You will help paddle on any trip you choose, but some rivers require more strenuous participation. It is your responsibility to evaluate your level of fitness and to select a trip which is appropriate. Seek medical advice if you are pregnant, significantly overweight or in poor physical condition.
