Today is the holiday known as Earth Day, did you know that at one point and time Christians were really into the Earth?  Not in a idolatry kind of way, but a deep respect for the beauty of it all and for the God who created it, ala Psalm 24:1.  That’s right, they cared about the environment because God cared about it first.  It’s weird that things have changed in the last couple generations, people have forgotten that God asked us to watch His stuff.  I think the balance between enjoying His stuff and taking care of it has really been flipped.
