Hey, everybody. It’s Chris, I just wanted to give everyone a little background on what Colton is talking about. There was a television show that spoke about the possibility of Weather Modification. Weather Modification includes “Cloud Seeding”, a very real activity which involves putting different chemicals into clouds to produce precipitation, as well as the far more powerful and impressive theoretical action of moving or stopping full on storm systems.
